Marsh Hill Nursery School

CHRISTMAS 2020

Dear Parents,                                                                                                   December

Christmas is going to look a lot different at Marsh Hill Nursery this year.

Unfortunately, Covid-19 restrictions mean that we will not be able to put on our usual Christmas Nativity Concerts and instead we will be recording each class singing festive songs and send this to you via Tapestry.  However, there are still lots of things we will be doing to celebrate Christmas in school and to make it a fun and exciting time for our pupils.

Christmas Decorations

All classes will be busy making decorations for their classrooms.  They will also make Christmas cards and calendars to bring home at the end of term.

Christmas Party and Father Christmas

The children’s party is on Wednesday 16th December.  Please bring your children at the usual time.  Children are welcome to wear party clothes but please be aware that they may play outside (weather permitting) so they may get dirty.  Father Christmas will also be bringing the children’s Christmas presents on this day.

Crackers Magic show

The last day of term will be Thursday 17th December and School will re-open for the children on Monday 4th January 2021.  As a special treat, “Crackers” has been booked to entertain the children with a comedy show.  Ronnie Popple will visit each class bubble and follow our strict school risk assessments for outside visitors.

Here’s to a Happy Marsh Hill Nursery Christmas 2020!

Yours sincerely,

H Masaun
